I love pasta and I love sun-dried tomatoes.

So, when I found this a Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce at Wal-Mart my brain went into high gear thinking of a recipe that I could put together!

The following is what I came up with.

Hope you enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS

1 – 16 ounce box Penne

1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled

2 – 15 ounce jars Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce

1 – 16 ounce frozen broccoli florets

Parmesan  Cheese

The Olive Garden Italian Dressing (you can find it at Sams Club or The Olive Garden)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Bring a 2 quarts water to a boil in a medium stock pot

Add frozen broccoli.  Let boil for about 3-5 minutes.  You want your broccoli to be crisp, not tender.

Drain and set aside.

While you pasta is cooking fry bacon and set aside.

When pasta is done drain and add both jars of sauce and stir until well blended

Pour pasta into a large rectangle baking dish

Crumble bacon and spread evenly over pasta

Add broccoli

Sprinkle with as much Parmesan cheese as you like.

Place in oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.  Just until the cheese begins to brown and it is heated through!

And here is the finished product.

Drizzle The Olive Garden Italian Dressing over the top.

Serve with a side salad and Italian Garlic Bread

ENJOY!
