1 quart bag of corn from your freezer
2-3 tablespoons butter, NOT MARGARINE
Salt and pepper to taste
There are 2 different ways to cook this corn. You can put it in a skillet or large saucepan, cover, and over low heat bring corn, butter, salt and pepper to a boil, stirring frequently, allowing all the corn to thaw. Or, you can put it all in a 2-3 quart microwave safe dish and microwave 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, allowing all the corn to thaw.
