Four Cheese Lasagna

This easy cheesy Lasagna recipe is a dish your whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
8-10 lasagna noodles, prepared according to package directions
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 - 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1- 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
4 cups shredded asiago, parmesan and romano cheese blend 
10-12 slices fresh mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Step 1.  Once you have your ground beef cooked and drained, add both jars of spaghetti sauce and stir together. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. 
Step 2.  Meanwhile, place a layer of noodles in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place a layer of meat sauce over top of noodles. Sprinkle 2 cups of the cheese blend over the top of the meat sauce. 
Step 3.  Place another layer of noodles over cheese blend, then another layer of meat sauce. Place fresh mozzarella cheese slices evenly over the top of the meat sauce. Finish with the remaining 2 cups of cheese blend. 
Step 4.  Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is light golden brown. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serve with side salad and fresh homemade yeast rolls.
