Mexican Cheese Dip

New spin on an old favorite. This dip combines three cheeses together that makes for an awesome Mexican cheese dip!

16 ounces white cheddar cheese

8 ounces cream cheese

16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 lb mild sausage

2 cups fresh salsa (see Speedy Salsa recipe)

Brown and drain sausage.  Place cheeses, sausage and salsa in crock pot, give it a quick stir.  Simmer on low until cheese is melted stirring frequently.  Serve with tortilla chips.
