Oh. My. Gosh! Recently I was making Dirt and opened my cabinet to get the normal vanilla pudding it’s made with BUT a box of this new strawberry cream pudding that I ran across at Wal-Mart fell out.  I thought I would try the strawberry instead of the vanilla and it TURNED OUT AWESOME!  You have got to try this!

Ingredients

1 package Oreos

1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted

1 – 12 ounce French Vanilla cool whip

1 – 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

1/2 to 3/4 cup confectioner sugar

1 3.5 ounce box Strawberry Cream instant pudding

1 cup milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Melt butter in a 9x7x2.5 inch dish.  Place 1/2 package of the Oreos in a food processor.  Process until Oreos are crumbs.  Pour Oreos in with the butter and stir until moistened.  Make a crust with the Oreos.  In a large mixing bowl add cool whip, cream cheese and sugar.  Mix in high speed until mixture fluffy and free of lumps.  Pour over Oreos and smooth out.  In the same mixing bowl, add pudding, milk and whipping cream and mix on high speed until pudding is thickened.  Pour over top of cream cheese mixture.  Crush up remaining Oreos and sprinkle over top of pudding.  Chill for about 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
