
This is the perfect side dish for any holiday feast!
I especially love how the French fried onions add a delicious flavor to the cheesy broccoli.
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbls minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 oz. container French’s Crispy Fried Onions
- Parmesan Cheese
Let’s make it!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish, set aside.
STEP ONE: Blanch broccoli until it turns a bright green, do not let it get soft.
STEP TWO: In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Add broccoli and gently fold into cream mixture.
STEP THREE: Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top liberally with Crispy Fried Onions and parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown and bubbly (about 25 minutes).
