Every morning, it’s the same old question, “What’s for breakfast?”  Today, I (Jennifer) decided to be different with breakfast burritos!  They were soooo easy and my oldest loved them!

Today’s burritos were ham, egg and cheese.

Here are the steps:

scramble a couple of eggs

warm the ham in a skillet

soften the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds

layer the eggs, ham and your choice of cheese in the tortilla shell and fold like a burrito

It really was simple, yet gave us the variety we were needing for breakfast!
