Mock Champagne (Non-Alcoholic Punch)

Proverbs 20:1 Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Proverbs 20:2 The fear of a king is as the roaring of a lion: whoso provoketh him to anger sinneth against his own soul.

Okay, so I absolutely detest a very sweet punch (usually made with a sherbet) that is served with cake and ice cream at a wedding/bridal shower or baby shower!

For me personally, it’s either the cake or the punch, but never both!  My system just can’t handle all that sweet at one time!

Talk about a tummy ache and nausea!!!

So with that said, I would like to introduce you to Mock Champagne!  I love this stuff!

It is just the right mixture of sweetness and tartness that it pairs very well cake and ice cream, or basically with just about anything!

Try this at the next wedding/bridal shower or baby shower that you will be hosting, or just anytime you want a refreshing drink for a family and friends get together!

I recently served this at a holiday get together and it was a big hit.  I was left with nothing but an empty punch bowl.

MockChampSGCINGREDIENTS

2 (2 liters) Seagrams Ginger Ale (the kind that’s made with real ginger), chilled

1 (46 fluid ounce) Pineapple Juice, chilled

1 (64 fluid ounce) White Grape Juice, chilled

Directions

To make a pretty ice ring to go in your punch:

In a large bowl, combine 1 (2 liter) Seagrams Ginger Ale, 22 fluid ounces pineapple juice and 32 fluid ounces of white grape juice.

Fill a fluted pan 3/4 full of the punch and freeze.

Cover remaining punch and refrigerate.

When ready to serve, remove ice ring from freezer and place in the bottom of a large punch bowl.

Add punch from refrigerator punch bowl.

Add remaining pineapple juice, white grape juice and ginger ale.

Stir and serve!

Your so gonna love this!!
